About the spirits: Chateau du Prada is a tiny family owned and operate one person business, producing Armagnac from their own vineyard since god knows when. Every bottle is bottled by hand at order.

Taste like: This mono-varietal 100% Baco is one of Chateau du Prada trademark. Golden pale color. This Armagnac have a toasty character with lovely floral and herbaceous notes. Smooth first, full-bodied mid palate and then quite a complex long finish.

When to drink: Drink now or for the next 50-100 years.

Service: Neat in a small wine glass or a whisky glass.

Food match: Too complex, we recommend this Bas-Armagnac on its own.
