Taste like: Medium brown color. Toasty aromas of caramel, and cooked banana. Warming sensation mid palate showing the typical strength of this vintage Armagnac. The length is quite impressive. A 23 years old bottle crafted for the real Bas-Armagnac lover!

When to drink: Drink now or in the next 50-100 years.

Service: Neat in a small wine glass or a whisky glass.

Food match: With some dark chocolate or a chocolate fondant.
