Taste like: Domaine de l’A smell like fresh black truffle, it's a tonic wine, with relief texture, never exuberant but definitely charming and elegant. The tannins are fine and chalky with a signature slightly salty mineral finish.
When to drink: Drink now or 10 to 20 years after the vintage.
Service: 15-16 degrees C. 30 minutes decanting will be just perfect.
Food match: Very versatile with food this wine will be great with roasted meat or a stew with vegetable and herbs.
