If you like: Rich, vibrant natural wine. Think full-bodied, with lots of complexity and freshness. The vineyard is organically and biodynamically farmed witch really reveal the expression of the place in the glass. A must try, that can change people mind about Bordeaux wines!

 

Taste like: Domaine de l’A smell like fresh black truffle, it's a tonic wine, with relief texture, never exuberant but definitely charming and elegant. The tannins are fine and chalky with a signature slightly salty mineral finish.

 

Area: Côtes de Castillon (Bordeaux, right bank down the road from the plateau of Saint Emilion)

Farming: Organic and Biodynamic, Natural winemaking.

Grapes: Merlot (80%), Cabernet Franc (20%)

Serving suggestions: 30 minutes decanting will be just perfect.

Occasion: Chilling reading a book, listening some energetic rock 'n' roll from the sixties or old-school hip-hop. 

Food match: Very versatile with food this wine will be great with roasted meat or a stew with vegetable and herbs. 

Estimated cellaring potential: 10 to 20 years.
