Aromatics: Blackberries, sweet kirsch, red plum, dark chocolate, earthiness and smokiness from the oak.


Palate: Harmonious and round on the palate, expect more blackberries and plum notes. A structured wine with a long savoury finish. Classic Bordeaux action, a wine that punch higher than its belt.


About the wine: A piece of art for its price point, made by Baptiste and Julie Guinaudeau some of the best vignerons in Bordeaux, also known for Chateau Lafleur in Pomerol. Grand Village is the family farm where their vision is to produce one of the best Bordeaux Superieur wines. Traditionnal vinification. Aged in oak barrel for 12 months.


When to drink: Drink now or in the next 10 years after vintage.


Service: 15 to 16 degrees C. Decant for 30 min to 1 hour and enjoy in a Cabernet glass.
