About the wine: Naturaly made wine. Aged in concrete. Low Sulphur. No filtration
Tast like: Intense color with aromas of blueberries and cherry. On the palate crunchy tannins and notes of ripe blue and red fruits. Very South-West this blend got some serious personality!
When to drink: Now or in the first 3-4 years.
Service: Slightly chilled or 10-12 degrees C.
Food match: Burger, brisket toastie, meaty pasta, charcuterie or grilled red meats.
