Watch out for this single vineyard climat "Le Rouard", Chardonnay grown on the same soils as Corton made of white Marl and exposed to the South-East on steep vineyard. 18 months in oak barrels on lees, 1/3 new barrels. Bottled unfiltered. This wine is fast becoming a must have for some of the best Michelin stars's sommelier in Paris.
Taste like: This wine is suave, mineral and very driven, notes of hazelnuts and liquorice. Textured and racy with purity and subtle oaky character. Lenght and power are trademark from this "Le Rouard" vineyard with a long finish vibrant.
