About this wine: Light red / rosé deliousness! Clay and limestone soils. Low yield. Hand harvested. Both direct pressing and also bleeding method for some of the wine. Vinification with no sulphur added. Early botling to keep the freshness. Low sulphur at botling.
When to drink: Drink now or in the next 3 years after vintage.
Service: Chilled, 12 degrees C.
Food match: Terrine, pork dishes, chicken, blue cheese, spicy dishes such as a stir fry as well as with a pavlova with strawberries and blueberries on top.
