About the wine: Clay and limestone terroir. Low yield. Hand picked. Aged in barrel and foudre for 8 to 12 moths on the lees. Malolactic fermentation. Low sulphur.
Taste like: Pale citrus color, white flowers, quince fruit, pear aromas. Driven on the palate with fresh lime mix with stone fruits notes. Elegant driven finish.
When to drink: Drink now and in the next 4 years.
Service: 10 to 12 degrees.
