Category: Red medium bodied.

Appellation: AOC Coteaux du Quercy (South-West France)

Grapes: Cabernet Franc (60%), Merlot (20%), Malbec (20%)

Farming: Sustainable

About this wine: Harvest and sorted the grapes. Vinification with gentle pumping over. Aged in stainless steel tanks for 8 to 12 months.

Taste like: A fruit driven, ripe and delicious Cabernet Franc blend. This is drinking like the South-West in a mouthful. Lovely ruby color, showing red fruits, darker forest fruits and licorice on the nose. The Merlot softens the blend on the palate, bringing generous fruit.

When to drink: Drink now or in the next 5-6 years after vintage.

Service: 15-16 degrees C. Decant for 30 min. Use cabernet glass.

Food match: Grilled red meats or confit duck.
