Palate: The spice and earth note continue on to a mid-palate packed with red and black fruits. There's a freshness and balance to accompany the fruit, making for a thirst quenching drop in the Clos de Gamot spirit!
About the wine: Produced from a selected plot from the Domaine, with a limited yield of 40 hl/ha. The terroir is made of clay and limestone as well as pebbles. Vines are worked sustainably in accordance with the family's long tradition. Vinification is shorter, with gentle pumping over to deliver a brighter and more approchable Malbec, with plenty of personality.
When to drink: Now or in the next 4-6 years.
