About the wine: Clay and limestone terroir. Low yield. Hand picked. Aged 6 months in tank and then 6 months in clay amphora. No filtration. Low sulphur.

Taste like: Aromas of flowers, strawberry and other red berries. This wine is energetic and bright with beautiful red fruited mouthfeel. Smooth texture from the ageing in amphora with delicious fresh finish.

when to drink: Now or in the next 5-6 years

Service: 14 degrees. 

Food match: Pizza, bolognese, charcuterie or veal.
