Appellation: AOC Ladoix 1er Cru Les Buis (Burgundy region)

Palate: An elegant, generous wine, with lovely purity and fleshy texture filled with charming red cherries and red berries.
About the wine: Ladoix 1er Cru “Les Buis” is literally across the road from the cellar, almost in the Nudant’s backyard. Made from a small 0.98 hectare vineyard, from 40 years old vines planted on chalky clay, exposed to the south at an altitude 340 meters. Aged in barrel 12 to 14 months.
When to drink: Drink now or in the next 7 to 10 years.
Service: 14-15 degrees C. Large Burgundy glass. Decant in its youth.
