About the wine: Old vines, Chardonnay grown on Kimmeridgian limestone and aged on lees in old large oak barrel. Almost no batonage. Delicious white Burgundy farmed organicaly in Chitry 10 min from Chablis. Minimal intervention. 

Taste like: Generous and charming with beautiful mineral drive. Savoury texture with plenty of fleshy white fruit and long salty finish. Very authentic and honest wine.

When to drink: Drink now or in the next 3-5 years after vintage.

Service: 12 degrees C. Large Burgundy glass.

Food match: Seafood, white meats, rich creamy cheese.
