Taste like: Light colour, dark small forest berries, fresh sour cherries, delicious medium body Gamay from soon to become 11st Cru of Beaujolais: Lantigné. This is a very good Beaujolais village with a sense of place, thanks to its speical soils of granit and clay mixed with blue shist coupled with the fact that Chopin have a lot of old vines including some planted in 1905. This wine deliver tone of flavour and pleasure, rasberries and strawberries are the main event on the plalate with lot more going on and a lovely finish. Deliciously dangerous drink.
