Category: White sweet and textured.

If you like: Powerfull sweet wine with incredible lengh!

Taste like: Orange colour, slightly darker than the Costat Darrer. Preserved mango and abricot, complex mix of both, mentoly deliciousness. Sweet power action on the palate, perfectyl ripe mango and abricot again, pineapple, honey, safran. Amazing texture, the finish is mineral doesn’t let you on a sweet heavyness but better ask for another sip. Lenght is incredible with flavour lasting forever. Au Capceu is for me one of the best off dry Jurancon out there and Jean Marc Grussaute is truly a magicien. For me this compare to some of the best Sauternes and off-dry produced in the world...
