About the wine: 60 years old vines right below the summit of the Corton mountain, this steep vineyard named "Les Bressandes" was ownes by 3 old women from Bresse. This Corton is the only red wine to be considered Grand Cru on the Côte de Beaune. About 3,000 produce each years.
When to drink: Drink now or in the next 10-15 years.
Service: Decant for 30 min to 1 hour, use large Burgundy glass. Serve at 14 degrees C.
