About this wine:This is a beautiful example of Puligny village wine from the lieu dit "Les Charmes" that borders the Meursault 1er Cru Charmes. We have always been impressed by Nudant ability to vinify white wine and sense of place. The Nudant family started working in the vine in 1453, today rising star Guillaume Nudant in is 30's is taking the 16 hectares family estate to even higher level of quality by challenging himself while keeping a close eye on tradition and knowledge of generations past.

Taste like: Beautiful minerality, saline, peach, pear, apple, spice, acidity and tension. Texture, precision and laser-like acidity; the site brings a notably rich fruit and great energy.

When to drink: Drink now or in the next 10 to 15 years after vintage.

Service: 14 to 16 degrees C. Large Burgundy glass.

Food match: Rich roast poultry, fish in creamy sauce with mushroom, sushi or prawns.
