About this wine: Steep single vineyard Pinot Noir "Vau du Puits" grown on Kimmerdgien limestone terroir. Outstanding value for quality with plenty of personality. No filtration.

 

When to drink: Drink now or in the next 5-6 years after bottling.

 

Service: 14 degrees C. Pinot glass.

 

Food match: Terrines, light red meat, grilled meat on the barbecue, grilled fish.
