Palate: This site gives wines of extreme finesse, softness and silkiness on the palate. Smooth tannins, and textured mid palate, with notes of black cherries, savory powerful mineral finish. A very classy wine indeed.


About the wine: Thierry produce only about 1200 bottles of Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru Les Beaux Bruns.


When to drink: Drink now or in the next 10 years.


Service: 15 to 16 degrees C in large Burgundy glass. Decant if enjoying in its young.
