About the wine: Late harvest wine, no botrytis, 60 g residual sugar yet doesn't feel like it.

Taste like: Light orange colour. On the noise notes of mango, abricot, sweet texture. Mango and abricot are back on the palate in a lovely way. This wine have length and show multi dimensionality with also a mineral elegant finish thanks to the altitude terroir of Jurancon. With Jean Marc Grussaute once again the magic happen with this sweet wine cuvee. We recommend you try his stunning off-dry wines they are worth it, might even made you change your mind about sweet wines or accentuatue even more your love for them!

When to drink: Drink now or in the next 5-6 years.

Service: 6 to 8 degrees C.

Food match: Very playfull with foie gras with figs, spicy food, volaille rôtie aux raisins, roquefort bleue cheese, brebis basque, pavlova, lemon tart, prunes tart…
