Palate: Honest medium bodied French red wine, delicious in its simplicity. Unashamedly fruit driven and earthy - don't think too much just enjoy! A Magnum to be shared with many.
 
About the wine: Naturally made wine. Aged in concrete. Low Sulphur. No filtration.
 
When to drink: Now or in the first 3-4 years.
 
Service: Slightly chilled or 10-12 degrees C.
