About the wine: Ripe Chenin blend from the South, something unique but also so delicious! Inlcude almost extinct Bouyselet grape only availabe from La Colombiere vineyard. Aged in foudre for one year and half. Low sulphur.
Taste like: Pale white colour, clear. On the noise quince, white flowers, sauvingon notes, green apple herbacious freshness, light smokiness. Textureed, very expressive, fleshy, red apple, quince again, nashi pear vibe, spiciness, naty vibe, very low sulfur added but still pretty clean and refine.
When to drink: Drink now or in the next 3-4 years.
Service: 8 to 12 degrees C.
