Palate: Beautiful volume, plenty of red and black berries. Medium bodied vibrant and elegant Negrette. Spicy and savoury finish.
About the wine: 30 years old vines. Terroir of siderolitic gravels and sandy clay. Hand harvested, sorting of the berries, partially de-stemmed. Natural vinification in concrete tanks. Maceration, 15 days ‘infusion’ style. Ageing in concrete tanks for 5 months. No fining, light filtration.
When to drink: Drink now or in the next 3-5 years.
Service: 14 to 16 degrees C.
