About the wine: Natural winemaking. Hand-picked. 1/3 whole bunch. Aged in concrete tanks. No filtration. Low sulphur at bottling.

 

When to drink: Drink now or in the next 3-4 years after vintage.

 

Service: Chilled or 14 degrees C.

 

Food match: A perfect picnic wine, grilled lamb with rosemary, poultry, fresh goats cheese.
