About the wine: From a winemaking perspective, grapes are sorted when they join the cellar. Each plot is vinified separately, with gentle pumping over to keep a harmonious structure. Wine is aged for 18 to 24 months in old oak pungent with some 40 years old foudre (70hl and 100hl).
Taste like: Very expressive, black fruits, prunes, blackberries with some mint aromas. On the palate its very harmonious filled with black berries matching with the nose. Fresh and balanced with an impressive volume, fine tannins, delicate and beautiful lengh.
When to drink: Now or in the next 6-10 years.
Service: 15 - 16 degrees C. Cabernet glass. Decant 30 min when young.
Food match: Grilled red meats, Duck magret.
