The Athletes of Wine x Les Athlètes du Vin: wine dinner

We are delighted to invite you to an evening that brings together two passionate voices in wine: Victorian winemaker Liam O’Brien of Athletes of Wine and Thomas Gisbert of Mosaique Wines, representing Les Athlètes du Vin from France’s Loire Valley.

Liam O’Brien, a sommelier turned winemaker, brings the perspective of a grower deeply rooted in Victoria’s cool-climate vineyards. Alongside him, Thomas Gisbert of Mosaique Wines will share the philosophy of Loire vignerons whose wines speak quietly yet eloquently of their terroir.

Together, their stories trace the path from vineyard to glass — different in origin yet united in spirit.

Guests will enjoy a thoughtfully paired three-course dinner: sparkling on arrival, Bianco and Chenin Blanc with entrée, Sangiovese and Cabernet Franc (Saumur Champigny) with beef, and a duo of Pinot Noir with cheese.
