The selection of wines on offer from Mosaique Wines have been hand selected and shipped directly from domaine's cellar, via temperature controlled containers. These wines are then stored carefully in our temperature regulated warehouse. Up to the final delivery, we prevent the bottles from any possible damage for example light, high temperatures, fluctuation of temperature and vibration.

Even though we aim to provide the best possible service, accidents can happen. If during the delivery, a bottle is broken by the courier we will replace it by the same wine or propose an alternative if we no longer stock the same wine or vintage. If the replacement doesn’t suit you, we are happy to refund the total amount of the bottle.

If you believe your bottle of wine to be corked, we will need the corked bottle back with at least ¾ of the wine in the bottle and the original cork to assess the fault. If this is the case with your bottle, we will replace it or find the best alternative, if the corked wine is out of stock. The bottle must be sent back within 7 days of it being opened.
