Palate: Generous texture, ripe citrus (lemon) and ripe nashi pear. We love the volume and weight of this white, with a refreshing salty finish. This is a tasty and fun Vermentino to drink in the park or at your next apero party with friends!
About the wine: Zinzinu means sea urchins in Corsican, Nicolas and Julie created this wine wo they can drink it with freshly catch sea urchins in the Mediteranean sea near by. Hand harvest (low maturity grapes, 12%), direct pressing, vinification in thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks. Fermentation with indigenous yeast. Aging in tanks for about 6-8 months, bottled with a light filtration. Only a small amount of So2 is used at bottling and appears on the label. And it comes in 1 liter bottle perfect format to share!
