About the wine: Gaïa is the product of shapes and encounters. This cuvee originates from a unique spherical fiberglass vat with a delicate and soft carbonic maceration. This small batch wine is the direct result of Raphael encounters around the world, from Australia where he learnt cold pre-fermentation techniques to the label’s calligrapher he met in Japan.
