Palate: Broad and complex skin contact wine with notes of red apple, pineapple, lemon and sour cherrie. Beautiful fleshy texture with flavours of ginger, baking spices and dry vibrant finish.

It's a multi-vintage blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, with grapes sourced from Vincent's Burgundy domaine near the border with Champagne. Hand harvested, natural vinification, Aging 2 years in amphora and oak barrel. Bottle without filtration.
