Taste like: The Chardonnay de Montgueux brut nature is a magnificient Blanc de Blanc from Vincent's vineyard in Montgueux near Troyes. In deed Montgueux is one of the best place in Champagne to growth Chardonnay especialy thanks to its terroir of chalk. Subtle oxidative Champagne (27% is vinified in barrel), no dosage, round, fleshy and giving with both volume and length, yeasty freshly baked "brioche". The finish is incredible with chalky mineral and saline character.

Service: 8 to 10 C degrees in a normal wine glass.
