Aromatics: The Cuvee Estence Extra-Brut is charming and vibrant, with notes of apple, citrus, grilled bread and an elegant toasty character.
Palate: Generous and fleshy, with notes of apple and peach. The palate is round and lively, simply delicious.
About the wine: Grower Champagne organic farming. Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grown on clay and chalk. The vines are 35 years old in average. This NV Estence is 100% cuvee, cold vinification and cold settling at 4 degress for 72 hours. Alcoholic fermenation at 16 degrees and vinification in oak barrels for 6 months in French oak barrel 600l for the Chardonnay and stainles steel tanks for the Pinot Noir. About 3 years on lees. Extra-Brut, with 3 g/l dosage. Disgorgement date as per back label.
When to drink: Drink now or in the next 3-4 years.
Service: 8 to 10 C degrees in a normal wine glass.
Food match: Champagne is one of the most versatile wines with food. We recommend with a risotto, some seafood or hard cheese.
