Aromatics: This wine shows floral notes, along with honey, dry fruits, candied mandarins, fresh figs and almonds.

Palate: Full and rich with lots of texture and density. Pure white fruits make a beautiful mid palate. The finish is very saline, mineral and citrusy with a persistent length.

About the wine: From one of the very best Grand Cru terroirs in Chablis. These wines need time to reveal their full potential. On lees until bottling. Unoaked.

Service: 8 to 10 C degrees in large Burgundy glass.

Food match: Smoked trout, seafood dishes or pungent washed-rind cheeses.
