About the wine: A special grower Champagne. Chloé is a unique cuvee, with no sulphites utilising a perpetual solera reserve started in 2011 and renewed 25% per vintage. The wine is 50% vinified in oak barrels, and unfiltered with zero dosage added. Disgorgement date is 22/11/18 as per engraving on the bottle. About 4300 bottles produced each year.

When to drink: Drink now or in the next 4-5 years.

Service: 8 to 10 C degrees in a normal wine glass.

Food match: Champagne is one of the most versatile wines to pair with food. We recommend anything from rich seafood dishes such as butter-sauced fish, lobster or earthy truffle dishes, duck and game meat. For cheese, match with a triple cream cheese, Goat cheese or an aged hard cheese such as Comte or Gouda.
