Appellation: Vin de France (Roussillon region, because in 2021 they lost most of their grapes and they had to buy / harvest themselves organic certified grapes from a friend farming organically)
 
Grapes: Muscat, Maccabeu,Bouysselet

Aromatics: Very expressive floral notes, as well as citrus blossom, elderflower, and honeysuckle. There is also delicious notes of apricot and other stone fruits.
 
Palate: Fresh and lively sparkling, with delicate and soft mousse, flavours of lemon zest, apricot, strawberries and stone fruits on the palate. Far too easy to drink!
 
About this wine: Ancestral method. Low residual sugar. Low sulphur at bottling.
 
When to drink: Drink now.
