Palate: Medium bodied, savoury and dry with red berries and crunchy tannins on the palate. This wine is delicious, refreshing and fun.
About this wine: Natural winemaking, a delicious light red / rosé! Low yielding vines grown on clay and limestone soils. Hand harvested. Both direct pressing and also bleeding method used for some of the wine. No sulphur added during vinification. Early bottling to keep the freshness. Low sulphur at bottling.
When to drink: Drink now or in the next 3 years after vintage.
