About the wine: Natural fermentation, whole bunches. Fermentation in concrete tanks and ageing in barrel 225 liters, 500 liters oak barrels and Amphora 160 liters for 12 months. A small amount of sulfur is added before bottling yet the wines are elegant and precise. No filtration and no fining. 3,600 bottles produced.
When to drink: Ready to drink now or in the next 4-5 years after vintage.
Service: 14 degrees, pinot glass.
