About the wine: Average age of the vineyard 39 years old. Manual harvest into crates. Manual sorting of whole bunches, then individual berry selection by optical sorter. Partial plot selections. 18 months in French oak barrels, all second fill.

Service: 15 to 16 degrees C in Bordeaux glass.
