About this spirits: Gin Jeunes Pousses & Vieilles Branches brings together nine botanicals in a refreshing, juniper-led profile, layered with floral lift and mountain freshness. The base alcohol for this Gin is 96% wheat, This is plant based gin from Vercors plants growing near the distillery. They tested several blend and selected 9 pants, including flowers, leaves (young shoot) and seeds. This Gin is produced to be shared by friends (old branches). With a good quality tonic, this Gin will bring a warming and balanced to your aperitifs. Lea and David reduced this Gin with water from the Vercors. ABV 42%
