Aromatics: Powerful lemon verbena notes, soften by beautiful a Spring bouquet. Elegant and refreshing minty and spicy notes.
Palate: Delicate, vibrant and textural liqueur, with delicious aromas of peppery mint and spicy herbaceous character. This is complex and subtle without never being over powering. We love the purity and length of flavour. Its also lovingly refreshing without being to medicinal, instead you feel the natural flavours of the raw materials and the craftsmanship talent to give us such a unique beverage.
About this spirits: Liqueur alpine ‘flore du Vercors’ is a liqueur made from a blend of 13 unique plants from the Vercors regions, a varied proportion to create the powerful and balanced mix similarity in style to the famous Chartreuse produced nearby. The base is composed of wheat spirits and botanicals from the Isere region, optimal maceration and addition of French beetroot sugar syrup carefully dosed. ABV 35.5%
When to drink: Drink after a meal as a refreshing digestive. Consumer in the year after opening.
Service: Serving temperature 8 to 10 degree C.
