About this wine: More than 50-year-old vines. Chalky clay soils. Nudant only produce 3,000 bottles of this cuvee each year.
 
When to drink: Drink now, or in the next 8-10 years.
 
Service: Decant for 30 min to 1 hour, use large Burgundy glass. Serve at 14 degrees C.
 
Food match: Beef bourguignon, slow cooked meat stew or duck.
