Palate: Traditional wine with a savory style from the northern Burgundy region. Beautiful notes of black cherries and blackcurrant, this wine is earthy and generous with a good structure and fine tannins. Great length and ageing potential.
About this wine: 80% wholebunch, natural fermentation, no added sulphur during vinification. The wine is aged in old oak. No filtration.
When to drink: Drink now or in the next 6-8 years after bottling.
Service: 14 degrees C. Pinot glass.
Food match: Terrines, light red meat, grilled meat on the barbecue, grilled fish.
