Palate: Savoury and elegant medium bodied Pinot Noir. Generous palate, black berries and fine tannins. Earthy and spicy finish.
About this wine: Single vineyard wine; grown on a steep Kimmerdgien limestone slope. The grapes are hand picked, natural fermentation, ageing in French oak demi muits. No filtration.
When to drink: Drink now or in the next 6-8 years after bottling.
Service: 16 degrees C. Decanting may be appropriate. Pinot glass.
Food match: Terrines, light red meat, grilled meat on the barbecue, grilled fish.
