Aromatics: Lifted and fragrant red berries, such as cherry, raspberry, and redcurrant as well as blueberry. Classic Pinot Noir earthiness with notes of forest floor, tobacco, and mushroom with subtle notes of pepper and allspice.
Palate: Lively and fresh medium bodied Pinot Noir with delicate texture, elegant tannins and flavour of red berries and red cherries. We love its minerality and tension carrying through the wine with energy, it's a beautiful terroir driven Burgundy.
About the wine: Limestone terroir altitude terroir. Hand harvested. Natural vinification in stainless steel tanks. Ageing in old oak barrels. Light filtration and low sulphur added.
When to drink: Drink now or in the next 5-6 years.
Service: 14 degrees C, Burgundy glass.
Food match: Beef burgundy, Steak frites or duck dish.
