About the wine: Unique Marl and limestone single vineyard 'Stein' just next to the village of Mittelbergheim. Hand harvested. Natural vinification in stainless steel tanks. Ageing in old oak foudres. Light filtration and low sulphur added.
When to drink: Drink now or before 2028.
Service: 10 to 12 degrees C.
Food match: Excellent with Alsatian specialties like Choucroute (sauerkraut), raw or grilled seafood, charcuterie, and Japanese sushi.
