Aromatics: Lovely floral notes, as well as litchi and peach. The nose is very charming not as serious as its cousin from Burgundy yet very pleasurable.
Palate: Fleshy textural Chardonnay, with a good volume and intensity. This wine also have a good tension thanks to an elegant acidity. Matching with the nose we find very enjoyable notes of ripe peach and other stone fruits. We love the freshness and gourmandise in this wine as well as the value it offers!
About the wine: Made from a small young vineyard of Chardonnay planted in the village of LantigniƩ. The grapes are hand harvested, direct pressing followed by a natural fermentation. Minimal intervention vinfication in tanks.
When to drink: Drink now or in the next 2-3 years after vintage.
Service: 11 to 12 degrees C.
