Category: Sparkling (Methode Tradionnelle)
If you like: Traditional method sparkling, Champagne
Taste like: Top notch sparkling, would easily compare with some bubbles from neighbouring Champagne. Clotilde's make her Cremant de Bourgogne using the "Methode Traditionnel" like the Champenois, the result is simply beautiful. Bursting with youth and audacity, this sparkling is fresh, lively. Floral and citrusy notes on the nose. The bubbles are fine and delicate. Mineral and elegant with a good acidity and texture. A sparkling cuvee to remember in the world of bubbles!
