Palate: Creamy and textural this is a fine sparkling wine, with beautiful generosity and liveliness. Like on the nose it shows yummy notes of apple pie and white fruits. Delicious freshness and minerality carrying the bubbles in a charming way.
About the wine: Fantastic value sparkling, this cuvee would not be shy side by side with some of France quality bubbles. Made from 50 years old vines in the Touraine area. This is a "Methode Traditionnel" like the Champenois. In the winery, this wine spends 18 to 24 months on lees, before being disgorged. No dosage.
When to drink: Drink now or in the next 3 years.

Food match: Perfect for an aperitif with friends or celebrating life! Great to pear with creamy cheese or seafood dishes.
