Palate: On the palate, the wine is known for being lively, vibrant, and well-balanced. Buttery texture, beautiful vibrant and balanced acidity. Fresh white fruit, lemon, mineral notes, and subtle honeyed, nutty character.
About the wine: This vineyard of Saint-Romain is situated at a high altitude with stony, calcareous clay, limestone, and marl soils. This cool, elevated location is a key factor in the wine's freshness and prominent minerality. Hand harvested. Natural vinification in stainless steel tanks. Ageing in old oak barrels. Light filtration and low sulphur added.
When to drink: Drink now or in the next 5-6 years.
