Aromatics: Lifted notes of red berries, dried flowers, elegant smoky and earthy character with delicate spices and nuances.

 

Palate: Medium bodied Pinot with red berries and cherries as well as delicious texture and subtle finish. This Pinot Noir from the Cote de Beaune is balanced and detailed with an authentic personality.

 

About the wine: Limestone terroir. Hand harvested. Natural vinification in stainless steel tanks. Ageing in old oak barrels. Light filtration and low sulphur added.

 

When to drink: Drink now or in the next 5-6 years.

 

Service: 14 degrees C, Burgundy glass.

 

Food match: Beef burgundy, Steak frites or duck dish.
